For our Emma

Our little 2 year old Emma in Utah sent Logan a valentines my little pony card. He was so excited to get another card in the mail, (Grandma was first) what little kid doesn't love a letter addressed specifically to them. First he had to say why a my little pony card? My reply was, why transformers (his pick for V-day cards this year)? So he took it out to all his other valentines from pre school, or so I thought. On our side table there is always the latest picture of Emma (football pose right now) well he propped up the card she sent him next to her framed picture. Tears welled up in my heart at how precious the gift of love truly is. How he could relate who sent it to him by her picture & us talking about them, & letting him see there blog when I go to look at it. So, thank you our dear sweet little Emma, we love you so very much! XOXOX

So Sick

My husband came home thursday with a head cold from, well you know where. Then Saturday night at 2am Logan threw up in our bed & has been throwing up ever since. We have taken him in twice now & twice they haven't done any thing. Just a cold they say. Now, I have it, not the throw up just a bad head cold, sore throat & cough like I've smoked all my life. My baby is just miserable, he hasn't moved for days, his toys just stare up at him. Another whole week of missing pre school, I hope this ends soon, he can't afford to lose any more weight. Keep us in your thoughts & prayers.

Valentines Evening

After we dropped of the kids from school, Logan & I went to Grandma/Mom's work with a surprise for her. She would have been happy with just Logan but he had to show up with something. So, he picked out this boy & girl teddy bear set. Him & Grandma of course. She was grinning from ear to ear & she had to show him off to every one she worked with. We really made her day special. Then off to pick out movies & get a heart shaped take & bake pizza for dinner, & then you have to have heart cookies for dessert, according to our little sweet heart!

I got a card & the biggest chocolate candy heart, that Logan picked out. However, he got the first pick.

Daddy got a card & a giant balloon!

We had a relaxing evening together, what a sweet family I have!!

Valentines Party

Logan's teacher at his pre~school is awesome! They had another seccessful party.

They decorated two of there own sugar cookies with everything you could possibly imagine to sprinkle on top!

They of course got to eat those, along with other yummy treats.

They played alot of games, made heart frames (that we brought) for their parents, and passed out their valentines cards. We brought cards, pencils & erasers, tatoos, & a poster we got free from Wal~Mart. They were opening for quite along time with there loot.

He said that it was his best party ever. Well, I'm sure it was in the heart of this 4 year old!!!!

Valentines Morning

It is still, all about the Disney Cars around this house, now there are minis (Lord help me). So....he got the new set & the first issue of the magazine/comic strip for his sweet heart gift! He is truly my little valentine.

Kade's Blessing Day

Ron and I had the great pleasure to share in Rob & Mykell's day. There son was blessed and given his chosen name this morning. Ron was able to be in the circle with the men for the first time. What a bleessing this sweet little spirit brings to them and their family and friends. We are so grateful to always be involved, they are amazing friends and such wonderful people. It truly was a remarkable day for all involved. We love you sweet baby boy!
